Creativvv is operated by Emergent Technologies Inc. ("we"). By using this website you agree to these terms.

Briefs and quotes. Sending a brief does not create a contract. Work starts only after you accept a written quote that states the deliverables, price, timeline and included revisions.

Scope and review. We agree the design, content, deliverables and review process before work begins. Search rankings, recommendations, citations and traffic are not guaranteed.

Your materials. You confirm you have the right to send us any logos, images, text, likeness or voice you supply, and you let us use them only to make your work.

Samples and product references. Hollow Pine, Casa Aurelia and Maren are fictional design-study brands. Trust Events, Best Friend and Grow-Bot.ai are separately labelled product references. These examples do not claim Studio client commissions or measured search performance.

Free website offer. A free website mockup and downloadable HTML page are free. Review and replace placeholder copy, contact details and imagery before publishing. A growth-platform plan, live website, domain, working forms and fully custom design require separate plans or agreed work; we explain their prices and scope before you choose them.

Liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
